This site is a portfolio: it has no forms, uses no analytics or tracking cookies, and does not sell data. Here is what information can reach it, what it is used for and what you can ask for at any time.
1. Data controller
- Controller
- Mariia Vozniak
- Contact
- mariia.voznjak@gmail.com
2. What data is processed
This site has no forms, uses no analytics or tracking cookies, and asks for no data to browse it. Personal data can reach it in only two ways:
- When you write. The contact buttons open your email app: the data are whatever you choose to include in your message (usually your name, email address and what you write).
- When you visit the site. The hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) briefly processes the technical data of each request, such as your IP address, that are needed to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The owner does not use these data for any other purpose and does not keep them.
3. For what purpose and on what legal basis
| Processing | Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact messages | Reading and replying to your message | Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in answering the messages received | As long as needed to deal with the conversation |
| Site security and delivery | Serving the site and protecting it against abuse | Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in keeping the site secure | Short-lived technical logs kept by the hosting provider |
No automated decisions are taken and no commercial profile is built. No newsletters or marketing messages are sent.
4. Who else has access to this data
Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. Only the technical providers needed for the site and email to work are involved:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, delivery and security of the site (privacy policy).
- Google Ireland Ltd. — the email service (Gmail) in which the owner receives and keeps messages (privacy policy).
- Your own email provider, which processes the message when you send it, under its own terms.
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. The safeguards they apply to such transfers are described in their own privacy policies, linked above.
5. Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability.
To exercise them, just write to mariia.voznjak@gmail.com saying which right you want to exercise. You will get an answer within one month at the latest.
If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the way the site works or the legislation changes. The date of the last revision appears at the top of the page.
