This website is the personal portfolio of the artist María Vozniak.

2. Purpose of the site

The purpose of this website is to present the artwork of María Vozniak — painting, printmaking and murals — and to offer a general way to get in touch. It is informational in nature: it has no shop, no bookings and no payments.

Access to the site is free and does not require registration.

3. Intellectual property

All the works reproduced on this site —watercolours, oils, illustrations, murals and sketches— are the original creation of María Vozniak and are protected by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 on Intellectual Property. So are the texts, the design, the typography, the graphic elements and the code of this page.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or commercial use —including the training of automated systems— is prohibited without the prior written permission of the author. Private use and quotation for informational or critical purposes are allowed, provided that authorship is credited and this site is linked.

Anyone who accesses this site undertakes to use it lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with this legal notice, and not to use it for unlawful activities or activities harmful to others.

The owner aims to keep the information published accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the service will be available without interruption. The images of the works are reproductions: the real colour, texture and size may differ from what a screen shows.
